Placing your order
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see an email in your inbox within 20 minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder.
Processing and shipping time estimates
Original paintings
Processing: 1-5 business days
Shipping: 1-2 weeks
Original paintings are carefully hand packaged and shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Prints
Processing: 1-5 business days
Shipping: 1-4 weeks
Prints are made on demand and ship directly from the printer. They are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. Small prints will ship flat, and most prints that are 18×24″ and over will ship rolled in a mailer tube. Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping discounts for multiple items
If you purchase more than one item in your order, you will only be charged shipping on the most expensive item–all other items in the order will ship for free to the same address.
Refunds
I don’t offer returns or refunds unless the artwork was damaged during shipping. If that happened, please contact me.
Expectations
Each original painting is a unique hand-made work of art–small imperfections are a part of the piece.
Images of paintings and prints are color matched to the best of my ability, but the colors on-screen may vary slightly from what you see in person.
Rights to images
All reproduction rights are retained by the artist after the purchase of an artwork or image. Artwork may not be reproduced without prior consent from Andrea Pereira de Almeida.
